RE:SIN is a company from Poland, founded by two sisters who believe in the idea of responsible and sustainable fashion. They are aware that every decision you make in life has an impact on your surroundings. The concept and design of the amber collection were entirely developed in Poland by the founders of the brand. The glasses are made of the highest quality material and are fully handcrafted in Japan.

RE:SIN team cares about every single stage of production: from carefully choosing the materials from which each set of glasses is made, to selecting companies to cooperate with. The company works with experts in the eyewear industry that use high-quality materials, which are ecological and premium. Japanese technology and its quality control system guarantee reliability and repeatability of the highest quality.

However, the most important element of RE:SIN glasses, what makes them extraordinary and unique, are the amber adornments. Amber is a stone that has survived 40 million years, contains the magic and history of the world, and also becomes mesmerizing in the rays of the sun. Vogue UK called it jewelry for the eyes.

WHY AMBER

The history of the company begins at the Baltic Sea where amber meets Greek mythology. This special stone was already known in antiquity. Over thousands of years, the Amber Road was an ancient trade route for the transfer of amber from coastal areas of the North Sea and the Baltic Sea to the Mediterranean Sea. Currently, Poland is the world capital of amber.

The names of the models of the glasses are taken from Greek mythology such as from the Oceanids – goddesses and sea nymphs. These magical and mysterious deities that inhabited the mythological seas are the personification of intelligence, wisdom, and prosperity. Thanks to RE:SIN you can experience this great mystery of magic and power.

Materials

Used for adornment glasses, the amber stone pays tribute to nature and Polish tradition.
Properly prepared by Polish amber craftsmen – the Gold of the Baltic Sea adorns the glasses and decides on their uniqueness.

For the production of the glasses, RE:SIN uses acetate from the Italian company Mazzucchelli from the M49 collection. The material is made of prepared plant-based fiber, which makes it biodegradable. 

In sunglasses, the Zeiss lenses were used to guarantee full protection resulting because of The 400 UV filter coatings, anti-reflective, and anti-scratch.
